Terms of Service

By applying for or using the mentorship service at nkmentor.com and dashboard.nkmentor.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the service. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Nikodem is a health and performance mentor, not a doctor, dietitian, or licensed medical professional. Nothing provided through this service, in your protocol, tracker questions, or messages, is a diagnosis or a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified doctor before making changes that affect a diagnosed medical condition, medication, or pregnancy. You are responsible for your own health decisions and for stopping and seeking medical attention if something feels wrong.

The mentorship portal gives you a personal health and performance protocol, a daily tracker, direct messaging with Nikodem, and access to book calls. Some replies and protocol drafting are supported by automated text processing tools operating under Nikodem's direction and review. Protocols are built from the information you provide, so their usefulness depends on you answering honestly and keeping your tracker up to date.

Fees are as agreed with Nikodem at signup, or as shown at checkout for a custom protocol. Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment details you authorise Nikodem to charge the agreed amount on the agreed schedule.

Payment terms, including the non-refund policy and how billing disputes are handled, are set out in full in the Mentorship Services Agreement or, for a custom protocol, the Refund & Payment Policy, whichever applies to what you purchased. If there's an issue with a charge, message Nikodem directly first.

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell Nikodem immediately if you think someone else has access to it. Accounts can be suspended or removed for abuse of the platform, harassment, non-payment, or providing false information that would make the protocol unsafe to follow.

Use the service for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to access another client's data, interfere with the platform's operation, or use the messaging or tracker features to harass, impersonate, or extract information you're not entitled to.

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nikodem is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including any health outcome. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Meaningful changes will be flagged in the portal. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein, this does not remove the protections that consumer law in your own country of residence gives you and that these terms cannot lawfully take away, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Unfair Contract Terms Directive (93/13/EEC) as implemented in your country, and your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence where mandatory consumer protection rules say you may.
